Since the reform and opening up, with the country to promote thecause and development of the original cadre appointment system,abuse of emerging, become a stumbling block to the development ofChinese economic and social. In this context, since nineteen eightiesbegan, then follow the personnel reform thought of Deng Xiaopingaround, the personnel reform, for the establishment of China’s legalsystem, in line with the democratic and scientific trend of cadreselection system to lay a good foundation.With the development of market economy and the reform ofpolitical system in Guangdong Province, cadre appointment systemgradually popularized and perfected. This study tried to summarizepast Guangdong Province cadre management system, practicalexperience and the current implementation or pilot cadre appointmentsystem on the foundation of experience and lesson, with reference tocurrent situation and policy requirements, for selecting and appointing cadres system reform and the development of further analysis andresearch, to master the cadres selection system operation status andcan be used for reference.This thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter describes theresearch background and significance, research status, researchcontents and methods, the difficulty of research and innovation as wellas the definition of the core concepts. The second chapter, theGuangdong cadre appointment system exploration and practice. Thethird chapter of Guangdong Province cadre appointment systemreform main experience. The fourth chapter concentrates onGuangdong Province cadre selecting the reform process in the existingproblems are analyzed. The fifth chapter is aims at the present stage ofcadre appointment system reform problems, combined with the workpractice, put forward to solve the above problems countermeasures.The sixth chapter is the conclusion, which is the result of the researchwork of principle and practice summary.
