With the development of information technology and Internet spreading, almost everycorner of human society is influenced by this change, including economic development,social system changes and ways of governing. All counties in the whole world are forcing onthe rapid-growing information technics so that it can be used into bettering political system,which is the start of Electronic Government. The appearance of E-Government brings bothchances and challenges to the construction of democratic politics. My thesis is about theinfluences that E-Government gives on the construction of democratic politics, and theresearch of the basic rule, so that the technics of Internet can be fully used in every possibleway for democratic politics as well as harmonious society.In the time of Internet, every country in the world has already been looking for a betterway for development between information technics and comprehensive national power. Since1999, the E-Government has been launched in China, significant achievements have beenaccomplished. However, there are still potential problems and unknown areas in the field ofE-government. Continuous academic study and the analyze of seizing the right chance are thebasic rules for further development, and also are initial to the advancements of E-government.There are three parts in my thesis. The first part relies on the introduction ofE-Government, consisting of the original ideas, conceptions and developments. This part isthe basis for the whole paper. The following part is about the positive and negative affects theconstruction of democratic politics, and trying to point out the potential problems. And thelast part is trying to point out the basic rules and solutions between E-Government and theconstruction of democratic politics.
