As one part of the cadre education system, education on the cadre at the basiclevel has play a significant role on the building of cadres contingent of the party andthe development of the party’s career. The report to the18th national congress of thecommunist party of China proposed the new requests on the building of theleadership and cadres contingent, and stated the new goals on the work of cadreeducation. The characteristics of the basic-level cadre education style focus on thetarget, content and requirments for the teachers. So, in order to make an deep researchon the basic-level cadre education style, we have to analyze the basic concepts, thetransition of the education style in the history and current situation, so that we canexplore and study the problems and challenges in the future on this issue. Then, wewill recognize what the basic-level cadre education style lack and which part shouldbe enhanced to make a firm decision on building moderately prosperous society anddeveloping the carrer of the socialism with the Chinese characteristics by supplyingwith human recourses and intelligence support.This article has five part: Introduction, relevant concept on basic-level cadreeducation, the transition of the cadre education style in the history, the empiricalanalysis on cadre education style at basic level and the ways to improve the educationstyl. It starts from the transition in every period and summerizes the characteristics ofthe basic-level cadre education style. By empirical analysis and effectiveness analysis,this article states some problems and challenges the education style met. And, finally it raises several ways to improve the system of the basic-level education style.
