The Research On The Legislative Language Of Dalian

Not only in the local laws but also in the more important national laws and regulations, there are a lot of problems in words, grammar, punctuation, logic structure. About the legislative language,most of the former researches are focus on the national laws, and researches’s angle and level are mainly concentrated in the structure regulars of different level,special sentence patterns and expression phenomenon translation of legal texts and so on,even the legislation technology has been involved in the previous researches,the research of standardization problem of the legislative language is very scarce,especially in the local laws and regulations.The second chapter,paper based on Liu Jianming, Li Zhenyu,Pan Qingyun’s study, combined with the meaning of law, has a description on legislative language. About the definition of "legislative language" and "legislative technology", we using Pan Qingyu’s point: the language use for legislation is called the "legislative language"; the special technology for modification, cancellation law is called the "legislation technology". The relationship between them,according to the views of Liu Gongying and Shang Xiaotian, the legal language is divided into legislation and judicial language. Thus, legislative language is a branch of legal language.The third chapter, based on the legislation technology, we collect a number of Dalian’s laws and does a objective description; Though starting from the specific laws, we did not stop in the sorting of data and cases, but in order to qualitative research as a final goal. Based on systematically observation and analysis of legislative language’s anomie phenomenon,divided it into two levels:anomie of rules and anomie of style. We focus on the anomie phenomenon of Dalian’s laws,including quantization error correction on vocabulary, grammar, logic, punctuation, etc.The fourth chapter, analyzed the harms, causes and countermeasures of anomie phenomenon. The anomie of rules is obvious and the mumber is large,but not easy to be regarded, by raising the legislators quality and improve the legislative process can be obtained corresponding change. The nomie of style is hidden, and some problems are determined by the inherent contradiction of legislative language itself, anomie problems are difficult to eliminate timely and completely.Due to the thin structure of knowledge, the suggestions for anomie problems are superficial. However, in this papaer,we based on the legislation technology, analysis Dalian’s legislative language detailed,in somehow we offered some specifically and practically reference for the study of the legislative language.
