This chapter will give the reader a general knowledge about how the Guilty Plea works in the worldThe third chapter focuses on the necessity and possibility of acting the Law of Guilty Plea and how the domestic law system works when the accused plead guilty.The last chapter will figure out the disadvantages of the existing system and give some suggestions on how to make it works more efficient and just.
