Research On The Legal System Of Government Administration Cost Reduce And Control In China

The Party’s Sixteenth Congress report points that "It is nescessary to deepen the administrative system reform, transform the government function, improve the administratve mode, carry out the E-government, raise the administrative efficiency, and then concrete a government which has a legal behavior, a smooth revolution, a fair transparent and the honest highly effective administration system." Since reforming and opening, the economy of China maintaining the fast increase, it is bearing inereasingly heavy resource pressure, constructing "Ecomomical Society" becomes the subject of our time. Therefore, the decrease and contral of government cost adapts to the demands of modernization and social transformation, is the need of constructing socialist harmonious society, is the request of construction ecomomical society. The decrease and control of government cost comprehensively and systematically has extremely important realistic meanings and theory significance to the our country administrative reform and the economical sustainable growth.This article has mainly used the methods of documents, comparative analysis method, theoretical analysis and empirical study and so on research methods. According to the araise question, analysis question and solve question thought way to layout the thesis, the author do some reseach and discussion on the decrease and control of our government administrative cost, then proposes the legal solution measure.The thesis constitutes by five parts.
