Studies Of The Letters And Visits Hall Of Shenyang Based On One-Stop Service

One-stop service hall is a new type of service agencies. In recent years, many scholars are very concerned about it. But the one-stop service research is mostly about administrative examination and approval authorities. The research about letters and visits hall is very few. This article wants to analysis the one-stop service case of Shenyang letters and visits hall, based on the theories and practical of one-stop service to discuss how to improve the public service method. Also, the questions existing currently and suggestions meanwhile directions are proposed.This paper contains six parts as follows:The first part:preface, include the aims and meanings of this paper, literature review, research methods and innovation points.The second part:introduce the basic contents and the research value of this paper on three theoretical basis of one-stop service the new public service theory and the seamless government and government re-engineering theory and service administration idea.The third part:thoroughly analysis the practice condition of the one-stop service and local research, its achieved effects, existing problems and the reasons why these problems arisen.The fourth part:analyze the one-stop service practice among Jilin province, Tianjin city and Qinhuangdao city, get a number of salutary enlightenment to one-stop service practice.The fifth part:propose strategies on how to perfect the one-stop service from five aspects such as theory, service basis, service management system, service mode and supervision.The sixth part:conclusion, sum up the main points of this article and propose the prospect.
