The labor disputes in Chinacurrently are facing the transition from the personal to the collective, the importance ofhandling mechanism for collective labor disputes become increasingly important.Consequently, the improvement of the mechanism of collective labor disputes in Chinais discussed in this paper based on the analysis, induction and deduction of relevant data.This paper analyzes the basic theory of the collective labor dispute and itsprocessing mechanisms are introduced firstly. Proposal to improve the handling mechanism ofour collective labor disputes are given based on the problems exist in China and experiences ofabroad in the fourth part. To use for reference, the representative settlement pattern ofdisputes of abroad is described in the second section. Main defects of handlingmechanisms of collective labor disputes are analyzed based on the imperfections existcurrently in our country in the third part.
