| The dissertation endeavors to analyze the changes of copyright regime following technology evolution and the new challenges under Internet environment so as to summarize the constructive legislative attempts and respective experiences based on an inspection on the origin and development of copyright regime. Then it discusses the tort liability of different Internet service providers under current copyright legal system, moreover illustrates the significance of technology evolution for copyright law. Finally the related overseas legal rules and difficulties in the Internet legislation are raised together with the perspective of copyright regime. |
