Research On The Crime Of Holding A Huge Amount Of Property With Unidentified Sources

Along with the high-speed development of market economy, a huge amount of property with unidentified sources also keeps blooming expansion, that’s why it is more and more important to do in-depth research on such crimes. During the years of the crime of a huge amount of property with unidentified sources from come up to juridical practice development can be found, it somehow prevent and frustrate corruption crimes in China, but not build up a system to constrain the corruption crime at the roots. So it is necessary for us to do in-depth analysis on the crime legislation to make it more effectively, as a more valid and strong support on corruption crime punishment.In recent years, the crime of a huge amount of property with unidentified sources is one of most arguable crimes. In this paper, the writer made a detailed and in-depth analysis on the punishment, duration, criminal definition, criminal main body, etc, by comparison methodology between domestic and foreign related research, and made corresponding improvement and further exploration on top of those theories. From writer’s point of view, from current legislation defeats on content and format, currently the crime of a huge amount of property with unidentified sources in China has many problems. This paper made it clearly what the gaps were by comparison analysis and illustrated how to make improvement on law system with detailed suggestions. Hope this research could play an important role to help on China corruption crime regulation system establishment and improvement.
