Application Of Law For Inheritance Right Within Taiwan By The Taiwan-Related Illegitimate Child In Mainland China

With the integration and communication between mainland China and Taiwan, the increasing travelling of Taiwanese between the two places boosts economy and culture, and gradually forming various legal relationships between both sides. One of the important issues is the succession dispute of estate by marriage and family relations, which caused some serious Taiwan-involved marriage and succession problems. In the legal case of inheritance of estate within Taiwan, A more sensitive and popular topic is about the illegitimate child in mainland China of Taiwan people.
