Though data to reveal the status quo of the Xi’an industrial structure and analyze the causes of its development as well as the problems and opportunities to provide a reference for the government to develop the industrial structural adjustment policies.Analysis argues that the main draw the following conclusions:(1) Xi’an industrial structure is the result of industrial policy, in particular by the greater impact of the national macro-industrial layout.(2) the existing industrial structure is not the result of industry evolution law; The tertiary industry is not developed in the basis of a higher degree of industrialization, industrial structure efficiency is not high, industrialization is in mature infancy.(3) Xi’an services industry in recent years has been the rapid development, but there are still many gap compared with other cities; Xi’an services industry and other industries of the national economy have established the economic and technical contact. This contact is most evident in the traditional labor-intensive service industries, but other industries (especially manufacturing) inputs for technical services is clearly insufficient; The proportion of consumer service product is still low; The proportion of consumer service product is still low; Agricultural production is not paid enough attention in development of producer services. As a result, comprehensive Evaluation of Xi’an industrial structure remains to be further optimization and upgrading.
