The paper is divided into three parts:An overview of Rawls’“A Theory of Justice “will be clear and concise language,this description will include: elaboration of Rawls facing problems described, thestarting point of the legal philosophy of John Rawls, Rawls’ third-order structure"political science demonstration model elaboration, and the" veil of ignorance "and"original state "a brief explanation (although these two concepts will be further belowthe game theory to clarify). An interpretation of Rawls ’theory of justice may be basedon a new perspective on some aspect of the problem, but it must not bypass theanalysis and argument of Rawls’s own theory, so as Rawls’ theory the basic form of"justice theory" overview is not a simple restatement copy, it helps to make this pointof view regardless of the extent to which a timely manner and the basic theory ofRawls control.This article will examine the criticism of Rawls on Utilitarianism. This part ofthe discussion will include not only the interpretation of a traditional perspective, alsoanother approach related to two important economic concept-Pareto optimal andanonymous conditions. Proposed maximum and minimum average target economics, Rawls criticizes the utilitarian uphold the "maximum average" target. In this section, Iwill explain the potential of economics in the game under the "veil of ignorance andoriginal position.Exposition of this article will be about Rawls’ two principles of justice-especially the second principle of justice: the difference principle and the principle ofequality of opportunity. I described in these two principles of economics will behidden, and to try to make the two principles of "justice as fairness" is linked toillustrate Rawls’ critique of utilitarianism, making this critical the concept of the finalbalance and our reflection in line, to demonstrate a comprehensive perspective onRawls’ concept of justice.
