Navigation Electronic Map Copyright Protection

In “12th Five-Year Plan”formulated by the state, the satellite navigation industry into animportant component of China’s seven strategic emerging industries, the strong support ofnational policies and funds, China’s satellite navigation industry will enter a period of rapiddevelopment. The rapid development of the satellite navigation industry, making the rapidpopularization of electronic navigation products, the size of the market has expanded eachyear. China’s electronic navigation products are now at the stage of market development andnurturing, with Europe and the United States and other developed countries compared to largegaps, the gap is reflected not only in technology development, improve the protectionembodied in the relevant laws and regulations. Therefore, the property of the intellectualproperty of a clear navigation electronic map, analyze the protection of intellectual propertyof electronic navigation products, and improve the relevant legislation to become the focus ofthe protection of intellectual property rights of electronic navigation products.This thesis is divided into six parts.Part I: Introduction of Case.
