Nineteen ninties, in view of the Korean Peninsula, the United States,Japan, South Korea, policy makers in public and non public, has beenadvocated for "the maintenance of peace and stability in the Koreanpeninsula " the Three countrires are necessary to carry out closecooperation. From the early to mid in nineteen ninties, The United States,Japan and South Korea have a significant gap in policy toward NorthKorea, which led to the problems in the mid-1990s to the late ("waterreactor" problem,"submarine invasion" problem,"the North Koreanmissile problem”). However, in the development of Japan-US securitydefinition and related legislation, the United States,Japan and SouthKorea continue to strengthen the system of tripartite cooperation.Prototype The United States, Japan and Korea cooperation mechanismhas been gradually formed after twenty-first Century.The security cooperation of the United States-Japan-South Korea can not be ignoredon the security situation in the Asia-Pacific. The close cooperationbetween Japan and South Korea not only not conducive to thefundamentally solve of the North Korean nuclear issue. But also for"peace and stability" on the Korean Peninsula, Northeast Asia regionalsecurity plays the role of erosion. Sharing six part of this paper analyzedthe United States and Japan and South Korea to cooperate with each otherand influence. To the North Korean nuclear issue as the main linedescribes the evolution and present situation of the security cooperationof the United States-Japan-South Korea. From different view of "theunion theory" and "strategic culture " analyzed the reason and obstructionof the security cooperation of the United States-Japan-South Korea; Atlast, analyzed the prospect and influence of the security cooperation ofthe United States-Japan-South Korea.
