Research On The Several Legal Issues Of Financial Transfer Payment System Of China

Financial transfer payment system is an integral part of and also animportant feature of financial system of the market economy countries.Through decades of development since the adoption of the financialtransfer payment system, it has played an important role in our country’sdevelopment, but there are also problems of all aspects of which the keyproblems lie in low legal degree. It now has been an actual requirementrather than a goal to improve the financial transfer payment system for amarket economy country like China.This thesis is composed of three parts: in the first part, the authorwill put forward the writing background and the significance of theresearch as well as the content of the research on the basis of referenceand analysis of the current domestic situation and abroad. In the secondpart, definitions of some basic theoretical problems of financial transferpayment system will be given. In the third part, the author will putforward the problems by analyzing the current situation of the financialtransfer payment system of our country. In the fourth part, the author willmake comparison and research on the successful experience of the mainwestern developed countries. In the fifth part, on the basis of comparativestudy, by means of establishing the legislation system, the author will putforward advice on how to make up our financial transfer payment system.Through the above research and exploration, the author is in the opinion that to solve the current problems of the financial transfer paymentsystem, the only way is legalization of which the only channel islegislation.Restricted by all aspects of conditions, this thesis is mainly based onthe current legislation and the related research of other scholars which islack of direct investigation and study as well as cruising data, meanwhile,the unsufficient reading of the original work due to the limited Englishstandard of the author himself may be the weak point of this thesis.
