Shandong Base Of Constitutional Government To Explore New Democratic Revolution Period

During the Anti-Japanese War, Shandong Anti-Japanese base area is one of the mostimportant strategic bases. The construction of legal system of Shandong Anti-Japanese base areacompared with many other bases is a comprehensive and perfect legal system. ShandongProvince is the only complete organizational system. Its constitutionalism exploration isrelatively systemic. Shandong Province presents its own characteristics. Inthis paper, I will illustrate the topic from constitutional ideology construction and systemconstruction two aspects.
