On The Form Of Community-level Party Organizations Of The CPC Under The New Situation

In this paper, the community-level party organizations’ form is divided into thecommunity-level party organizations’ distribution, community-level party organizations’structure and construction, party member team scale and the social structure, the generation andrelease of party member’s advanced nature, the guarantee mechanism of benign operation ofgrass-roots organization, etc. Combining with the view point of the systematic theory meanwhile,the thesis colligates the specific problems of the grass-roots organizations construction, such asparty member recruitment, party discipline, the removal and the elimination of the unqualifiedmembers etc. On the basis of summarizing the long-term accumulation of the effectiveexperience of the party, the paper comprehensively investigates all aspects of the basicorganization form, and theoretically analyses its rationality. The new changes of setting forms ofcommunity-level party organizations such as industry chain Party branch, village Party branch,community party branch, building Party branch under the new situation is also introduced andthe brief comment supplied.The third chapter mainly carried on the investigation to party members’ team form. Thedevelopment and constrains of the party members are first analysed. Second, the size of the partymembers’ team and social construction are in detail analysed.
