In the comprehensive basis of The state law and the West for the recidivist system and the advantages and disadvantages of different provisions, explain the minors can’t constitute the general recidivism and all kinds of realistic reasons minors can constitute a special recidivist. According to the basic national conditions of the primary stage of socialism in our country, the author puts forward some suggestions to perfect the minors recidivism system of China.
