Research On The Legal System Of City’s Historical Heritage Protection In China

The city’s historical heritage reflects the production of human life and the environment state of different cities in various historical periods. It is the main carrier of a nation’s historical culture, meanwhile, it is also closely linked with our living environment. Therefore, the study of the legal systems of the city’s historical heritage protection is of great significance to the overall urban environmental protection in China. With the rapid development of urbanization process, we should improve the legal norms, rationally use and protect the city’s historical heritage. Under this context, in view to the deficiencies in the implementation process of the city’s historic heritage protection laws, the paper is to analyze the cause of the problem, and propose the writer’s views on it in order to contribute to the city’s historical heritage protection. The thesis is divided into four parts:The first part is an introduction. It defines the basic concepts of the city’s historical heritage and discuss the research background and significance of the city’s historical heritage. Meanwhile, the research methods and framework are proposed in this part.The second part is to put forward the deficiencies of China’s urban heritage protection legal system in the implementation. It raises questions from the development of the legal system, the basic research of the legal system respectively, and illustrates the difficulty of the city’s historical heritage protection.The third part is, based on the above issues; analyze the causes of deficiencies of the city’s legal system of the historical heritage protection in the implementation.The fourth part is to put forward suggestions of the legal system of China’s urban heritage protection based on the analysis of the above problems and lessons.
