Study Of Inherit Of The Culture Value Of Huizhou Business In The Period Of Social Transition

The culture of Huizhou businessmen is a commercial culture formed from long term practice by Huizhou businessmen. The success of Huizhou businessmen is not only paid attention to marketing technology and strategy, the more is the heritage of the Chinese Confucian Spirit, formed its unique local culture. Currently, the study of Huizhou business is turning up,many scholars and experts analyzed the success and failure of Huizhou businessmen from many different aspects, in the current study, research from the angle of economic and enterprise management is more than others. In this paper, author tries to interpret the Huizhou business culture from the perspective of Marxist culture value.The article reviewed the germination, emergence, prosperity and failure of Huizhou business culture, summed up the core value from hundred years development of Huizhou business, The Huizhou businessmen, in order to meet the need of economic development of feudal society at that time, from their own interest of survival, put innovative interpretation on Confucian "benevolence" conception to the Confucian education spirit of honesty, righteousness, loyal and reduce it to the business, formed a unique local Huizhou business culture. But Huizhou business culture has its own historical limitation, with the development of commodity economic in the late feudal society and capitalist force invasion; Huizhou business culture did not implement a big change and innovation, this once-thriving culture eventually declined. Therefore, any excellent theory must keep pace with the time, the traditional culture of Huizhou business need to de transcended and innovation.In the21st century China, since reform and openness, our society has experienced the transform from planned economy to market economy. With the development and prosperity of social economy, social relations, pattern of interest and the state of mind has changed. Meanwhile, the culture values of capitalist countries were introduced into China, and western culture impact and penetration in China. Socialism is not only a kind of expression of ideology, but also the expression of values. Thus, the collision of multicultural values make China an urgent need to construct conforms to the socialist core value system of ideology.Any kind of mainstream values of our society are not water without a source, be like a tree without roots. The formation of the social core value system has its profound theoretical origin; it adhered to the guidance of Marxism, drew lessons from and adsorbed the idea of western culture, and inherited and recreated the Chinese traditional culture. In this paper, the author believes that the culture value of Huizhou business has its positive significance in the socialist period of social transition. It helps to shape the social atmosphere of fairy and trustworthy, helps to inherit the social responsibility to take advantage of justice, and helps to carry forward the arduous struggle spirit of badge camels. Of course, since the limitation of historical era of Huizhou businessmen, its theory also has to be branded with the time. With the development of the time, the collapse of the feudal social and capitalist invasion, the Huizhou business culture failed to create its theory; it is hard to get rid of the shackle of the feudal culture. Today, we need to inherit and carry forward to the excellent culture value concept, and to keep pace with the time, create suitable practice for socialist reform and socialist construction of the socialist core value system. The Huizhou business culture not only has theoretical significance for the socialist core value system, we can also draw lessons from the culture value of Huizhou business in the propagation path, pursuing forward the socialist core value system, spread and carry forward the value system in the whole world, through the pubic opinion, culture construction and transmission of the society to make people agree, accept and understand the core value system. Make it into people’s moral standards and core of conduction through communicating and learning, make it play the role of the leader of its core value, serve for building a well-off society in an all-round way.
