Innovation Of Logistics Management Of Fire Forces In Inner Mongolia Under The Perspective Of Institutional Economics

Logistics management is a basic work of fire forces; it involves awide range, complicated management. As an important managementwork, has important significance for the development and construction offire forces. At present, Inner Mongolia fire force logistics work is in arapid development period there was no parallel in history, in thedevelopment process, institution and rules have been established,innovated and improved, but the construction of logistics managementinstitution has not been paid more attention and input, and innovationways can not be used to fundamentally solve the problem of management.Fire forces logistics department is the fire army’s economicdepartment, logistics work is inseparable from the economic activity, andit is not only constrained by the national economic capacity, but alsoconstrained by economic law. Therefore, the logistics management of fireforces must abide by the economic laws, select the appropriate economicoperation mechanism, follow the principle of economic rationality, andemphasizes the logistics support fire forces economic benefit. In view ofthis, logistics management problems in fire forces can be explained byusing the economics theory and research. This thesis is based on relevanttheory and analysis method of Institutional Economics, starts from thepath selection and implementation mechanism of institutional change,attempts to explore the institution innovation mode in logisticsmanagement of fire forces.This thesis consists of five chapters, on the basis of full drawing onthe research at home and abroad, analyzes the defects of logisticsmanagement institution for fire forces now, in order to look forbreakthrough in seeking the institution innovation of logisticsmanagement. Puts forward the possibility and necessity of the institutioninnovation of logistics management in fire forces, attempts to establish aindex system of system innovation from the five index of benefit, quality, legalization, standardization, socialization, and puts forward the pathselection of institution innovative in logistics management (compulsoryinstitutional change and induced institutional change in combination) andimplementation mechanism of institution innovative in logisticsmanagement.
