The Study Of Ideological And Political Work In The Process Of Petroleum Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate social responsibility is a hot issue of research in many disciplines in recentyears, is also the focus of the context of building a harmonious society in our country.Enterprises should take what kind of social responsibility, the nature of the different industry,enterprises should take what kind of social responsibility has always been one of the manyexperts debate. This article mainly analyzes the oil content and oil enterprises shouldundertake the social responsibility of the status of corporate social responsibility. Thesismainly solve the problem is: in the process of corporate social responsibility implementation,the role and means of ideological and political work.This article from the perspective of stakeholders, and social responsibility investmenttheory perspective, the interdisciplinary and comprehensive research methods, this paperdiscusses the oil enterprise society responsibility content. Trying to combine corporate socialresponsibility and the ideological and political work, broadening the research field ofideological and political work at the same time studies the innovation of ideological andpolitical work to promote corporate social responsibility implementation problems.The article first introduces the ideological and political work and the meaning ofcorporate social responsibility, as well as the relations between the two, and then has analyzedour country enterprise common social responsibility fulfillment and oil companies in thecontribution and lack of social responsibility implementation. For petroleumenterprisesituation of lack of social responsibility and cause analysis, combined with the important roleof ideological and political work in enterprises, such as guide and guarantee function,education function, incentive function and coordination function, is proposed through theinnovation of ideological and political work play to the functions of ideological and politicalwork, promote the formation of the culture of corporate responsibility, thus realize enterpriseideological and political work for the promotion of corporate social responsibilityimplementation effect.For ideological and political work innovation put forward four ways:the process of standardization of corporate social responsibility, perfecting the relevant systemconstruction, establishing the culture of corporate responsibility and strengthening the internaland external supervision channels.
