Research On The Construction Of Rural Culture Carrier Under The People-oriented Horizon

The constructions of rural cultural carriers occupy a pivotalposition in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which plays a vital role in the coordinated and rapid development ofthe rural areas. After decades of socialist construction, especiallythe rapid China’s economic and social development since weconvoked the16th national congress, our country’s construction ofrural cultural carrier had obtained the huge achievement andbrought many conveniences for peasants’ production and livings,which however had obvious deficiencies and affected thedevelopment of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" to someextent.This paper is based on the "people-oriented" concept ofdevelopment and the actual situation of the construction of ruralculture carrier.
