However, the social network analysis of the domestic and foreign research methods applied to analyze the relationship between patent litigation is relatively small, especially in the field of mobile intelligent terminal, social network analysis method take the enterprise as a point, patent litigation relationship between enterprises can compose a patent litigation relation network, and as a practical social network analysis tools, UCINET can be very good for analysis related to the visualization of the litigation relation network, can see the relationship between the various enterprises and litigation of the whole network clearly, and obtain the intentions behind corporate litigation strategy on this basis.In this study, through the statistics of mobile intelligent terminal patent litigation events in recent years, using social network analysis method, and the social network analysis tools, analyse the basic characteristics of a lawsuit between the network, reveals the relationship between each enterprise patent litigation, and then analyse the whole procedure of mobile intelligent terminal, and the causes of action. Based on the above analysis, put forward the selection and implementation of patent litigation strategy patent war for intelligent mobile terminal enterprises, in order to provide reference and basis to formulate strategies to deal with patent litigation and dispute for the enterprises.
