Research On Reform Of The Household Registration System In Jiaxing In Perspective Of Urban-rural Integration

The promotion of urban-rural integration is the important strategic choice for constructing harmonious society and building a well-off society in an all-round way. The level of urban-rural integration is one of the important indicators of testing reform of urban-rural integration in China, it relates to the success or failure of our country’s modernization construction. Developing urban-rural integration, deciphering the urban-rural dual structure, accelerating the reform of household registration system has become the key and effective breakthrough. Jiaxing city has carried out active exploration and practice in household register management system reform, greatly promotes the development of urban-rural integration in Jiaxing, a lot of experience is worth for reference and promotion.Based on comparative analysis on the development of China’s household registration system and small and medium-sized cities household register management system reform practice patterns in perspective of urban-rural integration, this paper puts forward the typicality and practical significance of household register management system reform in Jiaxing, and deeply analyzes household registration system process, path, essence and effectiveness in Jiaxing in perspective of urban-rural integration, and has a more profound and comprehensive understanding for the reform of the household registration system in Jiaxing in perspective of urban-rural integration. On this basis, this paper discusses the universality and limitations of the reform of the household registration system in Jiaxing in perspective of urban-rural integration, and puts forward policy recommendations to promote the reform of the household registration system in Jiaxing in perspective of urban-rural integration.
