The thought of subjectivity is an important part of the system of Marx’s historical materialism. It is necessary for us to have a deeper understanding of the theory of social development and the "subject and object" dialectics of Marx’s Practical Materialism. The "economic and philosophical manuscripts in1844" is one of the most important Marx’s early philosophical works, and there are many subjectivity thoughts. The Manuscripts is received different responses when it is published. It is warmly welcomed by some scholars and is countered by others. The scholars who object to the idea taking Marxist theory as a simple thought only concerning substance welcomed the Manuscripts while others criticized the Manuscripts unscientific. Whatever held any attitudes, the Manuscripts had brought new blood to the research of Marxist theory by its rich subjectivity thought. And it promoted the research of Marx subjectivity.The "economic and philosophical manuscripts in1844" written by Marx is an important philosophic work on the thought of subjectivity. Taking away from the abstract philosophical logic and pure idealism, Marx begins to pay more attention to the society and real life at this period. While in this manuscripts, Marx begins to clear his early philosophy thoughts standing on a high academic field concluding philosophy、 economics and scientific socialism. He elaborated various aspects on the realization and deprived of people’s subjectivity in detail, and put forward the subject of transcendental subjectivity. In the Manuscripts in1844, the discussion of subjectivity and the research on the question of social development is closely linked. Marx integrated the care of people into the historical development process.By combing the subjectivity thoughts from Marx’s economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of1844, the paper aims to have a deeper understanding of Marxism’s logic on subjectivity thoughts and develop the value of it to the research and society.
