| The thought of subjectivity is an important part of the system of Marx’s historical materialism. It is necessary for us to have a deeper understanding of the theory of social development and the "subject and object" dialectics of Marx’s Practical Materialism. The "economic and philosophical manuscripts in1844" is one of the most important Marx’s early philosophical works, and there are many subjectivity thoughts. The Manuscripts is received different responses when it is published. It is warmly welcomed by some scholars and is countered by others. The scholars who object to the idea taking Marxist theory as a simple thought only concerning substance welcomed the Manuscripts while others criticized the Manuscripts unscientific. Whatever held any attitudes, the Manuscripts had brought new blood to the research of Marxist theory by its rich subjectivity thought.
