On this basis, thepaper analyzes the different special effectiveness between the Implied-in-contract and thetraditional contract, discuss the base of Implied-in-fact for traditional contractspecification. And the paper evaluates the classification of traditional Implied-in-factcontract, types the Implied-in-fact contract in the existing system.
