The collapse of the Soviet Union, Central Asian countries gained their independence,which opened up a new world for Turkey’s foreign relation. Since then, Turkey’s foreignspace greatly expanded, and actively carry out diplomatic ties with the Central Asiancountries.Political, Turkey’s top leaders frequently visit Turkic countries the Central Asian, andinvited the leaders of these countries visit to Ankara. During the visit, the two sides signed thecontents of the agreements and contracts.In the socio-cultural aspects, Turkey to help Central Asian countries to build a mosque,giving religious books, to provide scholarships for the students of Central Asian countries tostudy in Turkey, reform and letters, joint schools with Central Asian countries, such as radioand television programs broadcast to Central Asia.Economic, Turkey to provide much-needed assistance to Central Asian countries,lending and investment to encourage private enterprises to invest in Central Asia. Turkey alsohope that the construction of oil and gas pipelines that pass through its territory to obtain oiland gas resources of Central Asia, Caspian region to enhance their political and economicaffairs in the Central Asian region say.On Military cooperation, Turkey for training officers and soldiers of the Central Asiancountries to sell weapons and military products in Turkey, and Central Asian countries tocooperate in the fight against transnational crime, drug and arms smuggling, terrorism andseparatism.After the independence of the Central Asian countries, they hope to integrate into theinternational community as soon as possible, necessary for economic development assistanceand funding. Therefore, the Central Asian countries and Turkey have high expectations ofeach other, which makes Turkey’s Central Asia policy marked by ideals and emotionalimprint. However, due to Turkey’s economy is extremely limited, unable to meet theeconomic development of the Central Asian countries need huge amounts of money, thedesire of Turkey to obtain a leading position in Central Asia. Turkey’s Central Asia policy canonly be based on a special relationship with the Central Asian countries in terms of ethnicity,language, religion, identity of regional powers involved in Central Asia Game.
