Damage Compensation Case Analysis Of The Co-drinker

In our life,the drinking is bound to trigger a variety of disputes.This paper through the analysis of the cases about the damage after drinking puts forward the problems existing in the applications of law,and put forword my own views. This paper will make a summary of the types of the damages compensation case anlysis of the co-drinker, and put forward the problems in the applicationof law, as well as the theoretical basis of the problems caused by the, pointed out the defects in theory the author puts forward his own idea, put forward some suggestions to solve the damage compensation case anlysis of the co-drinker.In this paper,I will discuss the issue from four parts:Part Ⅰ:Introduce the case,and analyse the focus of the dispute,and through introduction of the summarizing pull the drinkers’obligation and commitment to the damages of the co-drinkers into this paper.Part Ⅱ:This part will introduces detailily of seral views about the case and the summary of the case in the applications of law,also including the theoretical analysis,and in this paper,each theoryPart Ⅲ:Base on the analysis of the application of law in our country,this part will point out the flaw in them. According to the theory of defects and points out the shortcomings of the proceedings, and puts forward some personal views on the case cited in the paper.Part Ⅳ:According to above analysis,and combined with the actual situation in our county,I will put forword views about the case of damage after drinking.
