The Research Of The Minority District Attorney Professional Construction

This paper will in-depth analyze and investigate Liangshan prosecutor’s team construction from the view of the professional prosecutor. Great efforts need to be put in the normalization building of the professionalism of prosecutor in the minority area. As the defect of the natural geographical and social historical, the society and economy in these areas develop very slowly. There still exist some serious problems, such as most of local people lack egal consciousness, the conflict between common law and constitution, imperfect of legal system construction and the poor basic education, all of these factors will obviously have negative impact on the construction and improvement of prosecutor’s professionalism. Thus, the minority area should accelerate the pace of professionalism of prosecutor. Base on the real situation of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture,the paper is divided in five parts in total, which includes the introduction of prosecutor’s professionalism, the importance of establishing prosecutor’s professionalism in the minority area, the existing problems and the cause, the thorough discussion of the countermeasure of the problems and then explore a set of system of prosecutor’s professionalism in the minority area, these important measure aim to propel the construction of prosecutor team and the reform of judicial system, to promote the development of minority places and the manaaement of the human resources.
