But we should also see that many problems still exist in our government, such as the government clean degree is not high, the administrative power supervision lack of power, power rent-seeking,abuse of administrative power, etc.What’s more, the phenomenon become more serious. Once lost, restriction and supervision of administrative power,we can develop all kinds of corruption.Although our country has established the combination of internal and external administrative power supervision system.At present,the supervision system in our country is of obvious defect influence.For example,administrative power boundary is not clear; the whole function of the supervision system of administrative power is not strong; the administrative power supervision legal system is not perfect; administrative power supervision timeliness; administrative power supervision consciousness is not strong and the administrative power supervision channel is not smooth etc.These defects exist, the reasons are as followers, historical reasons, a system of reason; the cause of the legal system and the cause of the ideological understanding. To change the current status of weak supervision and administrative power, which still exist, such as the reform of administrative system, party leaders too centralized power system, the pressure drop increase the populace to supervise power security system is imperfect, etc.To that end, in the view of the author,the imperfection of the administrative power supervision in our country, from the existence of the cause of the defect, barriers, and other aspects to carry on the analysis, refer to, absorb domestic and foreign relevant experience and theory, and combine the reality of current our country administrative power supervision, and transform government functions, improve administrative power supervision system, improve the administrative power supervision legal system construction, speed up the construction of punishing corruption prevention system, innovation administrative power supervision measures and methods and so on Then,the author puts forward his own suggestions and countermeasures, in order to speed up the scientific development, under the rule of law, the administrative power supervision, prompt them to be more perfectly.
