The Study Of Legal Education Formed By Undergraduates’ Marriage And Love

In the modern social, market economy the following special characteristics and thewestern sexual freedom, and other factors, severely affecting university students’ marriagethought and behavior. Inherent physical maturity as students, the characteristics ofpsychological development is lagging behind, making some of the students in dealing withmarriage problems often behave more extreme, and regardless of the consequences of aserious lack of legal awareness and social responsibility. Basing on the analysis of collegestudents’ marriage status, this paper studies the compare of various countermeasures whichaim at college students’ marriage education from current academic circles, and finds that thecurrent issue of marriage education students is mainly moral, values educations which aresimple didactic education, little influence on college students.The system of legal education college students is necessary, because a student of themarriage issue is not just a moral issue; it is a legal issue, too. Legal education is animportant content of college students’ political education, and also an indispensable part inCollege students’ knowledge system, but present colleges’ the status of legal quality is notoptimistic, most of them lack of legal consciousness, and legal education is missinggenerally in education process. Though the investigation and analysis of colleges’ the viewsof love and marriage, this paper mainly discusses the importance of legal education forstudents to build the correct views of love and marriage and proposes countermeasures tocarry out the rule of legal education to cultivate the students’ healthy and positive love andmarriage and set up idealized college students’ marriage condition.
