Propagate and summon the construction of the ecological civilization in china isa major decision made from the economic and social development by the StateCouncil. It shows that China’s civilization is turning from industrial civilizationconstruction period to ecological civilization construction period. On the one hand,Industrial civilization is focus on material production results. On the other hand,industrial civilization is now emphasizing more on the balance between the man andthe nature and the sustainable development. When implementation of thedecision-making of western development, the State Council had clearly pointed outthat the ecological protection and construction is the foundation project in the westernarea, especially in the Tibetan Plateau. Thence, the achievement of harmonydevelopment based on the ecological protection of the plateau social development hasbecome the primary problem issued by the experts and scholars.This article set up the residents around the Qinghai Lake area as the researchobject, using specific field research method, questionnaire method and the SPSSmethod analyses the ecological ethics and ecological ethics education based on theTibet’s outstanding ecological and cultural.Through the statistical analysis of the results of research, this article found thatit’s not comprehensive and accurate for the understanding of the ecological andcultural knowledge in ecological and moral education. Second, the ecological andmoral attitude is not clear and the eco-ethical behavior was also instable. What’s morethe "Knowledge-Action" was out of touch but in the form of monotonous.Through the interviews with local residents, this article generalized the factor asfollows.1. Government propaganda lacks innovation and influence.2. The moraleducation of school ecology is Weak.3. The practice of eco-ethical behavior isimpaired4. Mass media publicity is weak in local targets. Therefore we described therevelation of the Tibetan ecological and cultural ecological and moral education.Enrichment of ecological moral education and realization of local developmentof ecological moral education should be given fist priority by taking measures such as exploring into ecological culture of Tibetan Buddhism ethics and Tibetan customs andways of living and working, understanding traditional etiquette and rite of Tibetannationality, instilling respect toward life and nature and learning ecological culture inTibetan lyrics and dances to better understand enjoyment of harvest, living andworking of Tibetan people. Subsequently, channels of ecological moral educationshould be expanded by establishing experiment-oriented educational platform basedon the unique and rich resources of Tibetan traditional festival cultures, learning anddeveloping the spirit of ecological protection by extolling Tibetan role model ofenvironmental protection, and ultimately forming a quaternary network of ecologicalmoral education which includes all relevant aspects such as governments, families,schools and society as a whole.This article holds that when we carry out ecological and moral education infamilies and schools, we would combined with the Tibetan ecological and culturalknowledge of ecological ethics,pay attention to practical education, strengthen thetraining of professional teachers and promote the development of the social massmedia。Finally, the draw contained in the Tibetan ecological and cultural eco-ethicalcomponent, and strengthen all aspects of the formation of ecological morality。Through the study of ecological moral knowledge, strengthen the ecological senseof urgency and sense of responsibility, the eco-ethical behavior and practice,We willintegrate into the Tibetan ecological and cultural, ecological and moral ideology, andenhance the ecological relevance and effectiveness of moral education.
