Forecasting21st Century of this important the historical period, mankind is facedwith high development of science and technology and knowledge-based economy.Countries around the world to seize the highest point of the technology and the economy,not only pay attention to enhance its comprehensive national power, and the fiercecompetition to expand the high quality talents. Graduate education, stand on the top ofhigher education, to shoulder the heavy responsibility task of training high-quality,high-level personnel. Graduate education of activities, an important issue ismanagement. This study based on graduate education of management theory, theconcept of the National Institutes of Postgraduate Education.The thesis is divided into five parts:The first chapter is the Introduction, focuses on the topics of this study, the reason,the significance and the related literature in the field are reviewed, followed by theresearch objectives, methods.The second departure from the Graduate Education Management Overview,detailing the connotation of graduate education and management as well as itscharacteristics, to explore the theoretical basis of graduate education management, inorder to lay a theoretical support for the analysis of concepts and characteristics. Thedefinition of the concept of the national management of Postgraduate Education, as wellas its characteristics are described in detail, which can analyze the specific aspects ofthe National Postgraduate education management.The third chapter, using a questionnaire survey, conducted in-depth questionnairefor the two national institutions from these five aspects: Graduate; Graduate necessaryconditions for learning; school management status; graduate quality and impact factors;graduate students of individual behavioral characteristics. And descriptive and statisticalanalysis.Chapter Four based on statistical analysis in the previous chapter, the graduatestudents that the problems in the Graduate School of Management summarized intothree aspects to be discussed: First, the overall national Graduate EducationManagement highlighted problem; National institutions’ own internal management ofexisting problems; graduate exist. The fifth chapter is the focus of this study proposed four aspects of the nationalGraduate Education pipe reform ideas: First, the Government to strengthen support for,policies relative tilt; is clear educational ideas, cultivate the characteristics of talent; Thethird is to promote the construction of the school, and improve training quality; Fourth,strengthen the management of graduate students. The above aspects of thinking in orderto promote the National Institutes graduate education management reform and improvethe competitiveness of colleges and universities.
