Objective: through tests of the first, second-degree athletes of static balance and dynamic balance ability, to understand under different postures indicators of the first and second-degree differences in static balance gymnasts and the ability of athletes to control the center of gravity; discuss characteristics of both degree gymnasts’static balance ability to provide reference for improving the balance ability of students in Physical Cultur, function evaluation of athlete and selection of gymnast. Methods: In this paper, literature data and experimental methods and mathematical statistics and other methods were used. Results: results of the static balance test:⑴Both feet standing with eyes open: all first, second-degree static balance in athletes showed no significant difference, but the value of each index level is less than the second-degree athletes group.⑵Both feet standing with eyes closed: Indicators AvgY LngY showed significant difference, except that indicators AvgX, AvgY, Vy, R, Dy and LngY were less than second-degree athletes group, the remaining indicators were greater than the second group.⑶Left foot standing with eyes open: a left foot of the balance in athletes was better than athletes in the second group, and the center of gravity in athletes body moving in the Y axis compared to the average distance of significant difference.⑷Right foot standing with eyes open: a right foot of the balance infirst-degree athletes was better than the second group. two and a focus group of athletes in the Y axis to the average distance compared with significant differences.⑸Left foot standing on one leg with eyes closed: left foot of the balance in first-degree athletes was better than the second, and the indicators AvgY, LngX, Vx, Dy showed a very significant difference, LngY, Vy, R with significant difference.⑹Right foot standing on one leg with eyes closed: the ability to balance of the right foot in first-degree athletes was better than the second group, and the indicators AvgY showed a very significant difference at the 0.01 level, LngY、Dy、Vy with significant difference.⑺There was no significant differences between balance indicators of left foot and right foot when the first-degree athlete eyes open.when eyes closed, the left foot standing on one leg in the X axis to the average distance compared with the right foot to stand on one leg with a significant difference between right and left foot balance.⑻When eyes opened, there was significant difference when the Dy indicator of right foot of the second-degree athlete compared with the left foot, with eyes closed the P of right feet LngX was less than, P-value of Dy , and that foot balanced ability presents not balanced. Results of dynamic balance test: there was no significant difference between the first-degree group of athletes and the second group in four indicators of dynamic balance tests ,but the number of individual indicators of the first group was less than the second group. conclusion:⑴The test results of a static balance showed that the static balance ability of the first-degree athletes was better than that of the second group.⑵Both groups of athletes focus mainly on Y-axis body sway mainly in the left foot to stand on one leg with eyes open, closed;right foot to stand on one leg with eyes open and closed, the position under the eye with a very significant difference. In single-feet leg to stand on one leg standing with eyes closeds and open position under the right foot with a significant difference.⑶The first-degree athlete’s balance of left foot was slightly better than the right foot, left foot balance more balanced. Second-degree athletes’balance of right foot was better than left foot, and there showed uneven balance between left and right foot.⑷The test of dynamic balance showed that balance capacity of the first group was better than that of the second group.⑸The static balance indicator of first-degree gymnastics athletes was significantly better than that of the second group, statistically significant differences and the dynamic balance ability of the first-degree was better than the second group.
