2011Asian Championships Women Is Basketball Offensive Defensive Effectiveness Analysis

In the game of the2011Women’s Basketball Asian Championships, the Chinese women’s players performed well and won the24th Championship title, the11th Women’s Basketball Championship. The Championship title shows that Chinese Women’s basketball team has made a great progress, but it doesn t reflect the full strength. From the tournament of this year, Chinese Women s basketball team is the most prominent in the strength among the countries of China, Japan and Korea, not pulling too great gap, and still existing a certain gap comparative with superior teams in the world. The paper takes an analysis of offensive and defensive capabilities on the basis of the seven games of Chinese Women’s basketball team in the current Asian Championships, and summarizes and discusses the advantages and disadvantages, in offense, from hit rate, assistant offensive, rebound offensive, fast break, offensive tactics, in defense, from start steals, defensive rebounds, and defensive tactics, in order to provide a reference for future training and competition of Chinese Women s basketball team. The paper, in the research methods of literature, video observation statistics, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, analyzes and summarizes the offensive and defensive capabilities of seven games of Championships. The results shows that:(1) Chinese and Korean Women’s basketball teams, overall, are superior to other teams in strength while Japanese and Taipei team followed.(2) Chinese young women basketball players lack of experience in big event and they are easy to cause mistakes, the key moment they can’t hold the right rhythm in the tight defense by the opponents.(3) As Women’s basketball team gradually manly, in the intense contest, teaias are difficult to take a foothold in the rank of world basket teams of high levels, without strong physique, good physical and psychological quality and the ability of using tactics in the intense contest. From the composition of the five teams competing with Chinese’s:every team pays attention to the height and weight of the whole team, in the meantime, speed and the experience are also important.(4) The Chinese Women’s basketball team has the absolute advantage in the inside center, reflected in the attack on the second rebounding protection and rebounding backcourt opponents and stress released by opponents under the basket.
