Liberal arts college was very special for American higher education, which was highly divers and complex. The importance and basic characteristics of Liberal arts college was reflected mostly in the under-graduate education. Nowadays, All-round development of higher education in our country. While the creation of world-class universities was more popular and the vocational education system has become more mature, the under-graduate education as the foundation was stagnant. This imbalance situation has seriously affected the integrity and orderliness of our higher education system.
