The State Sports General Administration said that in the future will be to sports lottery welfare fund to continue to support the establishment and development of youth sports club, fifteen period, to build more youth sports club. As the scale and quantity of Adolescents Sports Club continues to expand, and in both the lack of available for reference and can not copy the support unit operating mode condition, youth sports club management and operation will inevitably exist such problems, these problems show is:of youth sports club nature, purpose, task understanding is not clear; active development, acquisition and management of all kinds of resources ability; sports service content is drab, lack of attraction; the consciousness of service and quality is poor, these problems with different levels of hindered Teenagers Sport Club healthy and rapid development. However, the China Youth Sports Club research rarely, but neither system nor depth, it is difficult to youth sports club operation and development plays a guiding role.As a youth sports club detours, rapid development, to provide satisfactory services for adolescents, to achieve the purpose of the club, in this study the use of literature, questionnaire survey and case study, and logic analysis method, studies our country youth sports club operation, development and improve the operation mode is very important. Study of youth sports club operation pattern for Youth Sports Club: grasp the whole club running process; clear the club aims, significance and characteristics of all kinds of resources; to improve management capacity; attracting the young people involved in sports service content; enhancing service awareness and quality, and correctly deal with the relationship between adolescent consumer and so on.Youth sports club is run in a certain social norms of the input-output process, its invested capital, manpower, information, sports stadiums and facilities resources, output is a variety of sports service. The input and output conversion exists in the process of service design and service promotion. Therefore, the research contents include:Youth Sports Club and its mode concept, youth sports club social position; youth sports club funds, manpower, information, venues and facilities management; youth sports club is a stable source of economy benign development, service content and process design, pricing, service marketing strategy; the club’s service quality, service quality management mode, the establishment and maintenance of the clubs etc. The paper through using the method of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics youth sports club present situation and operation pattern undertook study, reached the following conclusions:Youth sports club setting is not balanced, mainly in the economically developed areas, backward area, rural small.Youth Sports Club mostly relies on the levels and types of schools, sports, school sports, make full use of these units to the site and the teachers resources.Youth sports club most operating condition is not optimistic, socialization rate is very low, some even have closed or will close, most of them do not pay attention to their own propaganda work, higher fees, and thus have a negative impact on the students.Youth sports club staff in the aspects of business management theory and practice are relatively lacking, are engaged in the work of while the comparison of love, but the tasks are relatively heavy, because the club system is not perfect, there are still groping exploration, they earned rewards are relatively low, which leads to the club of the relative lack of teachers, relying on the school club mostly only to the students of open, closed, even if the open club students also tense.Youth Sports Club present operation mechanism has encouraged volunteer service, resource sharing, insurance, fund and talent cultivation. |
