This paper focuses on the management work of middle-school class-teachers. Influ enced by the class-teachers in charge of their own problems, it uses the successful exper iences of bringing NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) theory into practice in the fields of psychotherapy, business management, family education to improve the person al influences of class-teachers. To enhance the own influences of class-teachers, this pap er mainly explains the methods of building affinity and self-confidence, the effectivenes s of communication, and the solutions of dealing with their own emotion and stress prob lems and other aspects.The introduction of this paper describes the background and significance of topic selection as well as the expecting achievement after the research. By summarizing the discussion about how to build communication and appetency by NLP from foreign scholars and the views on the class teacher management construction from the domestic scholars, this paper presents the research status both here and abroad.It also sums up the internal research status about the lack of object establishment, perspective and depth. Therefore it lays the foundation for the following theoretical study. The Body part is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the basic theory for NLP. As NLP is a newly developing discipline, this paper expounds the concepts of it. It gives a comprehensive introduction to the three aspects about the origin, the definition and the field of applications of NLP. It generally introduces the value of the new discipline. The second chapter is mainly about how to use NLP to improve the effectiveness of communication as well as the definition of effective communication. By understanding the meaning of effective communication, the students’needs while communicate can be figured out. And then from the study of the foreign scholars research about NLP communication, their successful experiences was learnt to summarize the problems between class teachers and students while communicate and to find an effective way of improving. The third chapter is about using NLP to build rapport. Through the research and summary of the methods from domestic and foreign literature using NLP to build rapport, the effective ones can be applied to the class teacher when they get along with students. And by breaking the traditional model of interaction, a good sense of kinship can be established and the influence of management can be enhanced. The forth chapter is the self-confidence building for the class teacher through different perspectives besides the traditional ones. The fifth chapter aims at regulating the class teacher’s own emotions and releasing stress. Using the temporary and permanent levels of NLP, the regulation of mood is being investigated. In addition, several procedures and methods of NLP are used to release various pressures which exist in the class teacher management.
