Since1999,with irresistible force of enrollment expansion in colleges and universities,the postgraduate education also rises rapidly.In the wake of the increasing number of postgraduates,people pay more and more attention to their quality.As for the postgraduates,their courses are important carrier of cultivation,and they are one of the core content in education quality assurance.In order to better achieve the goal of higher education,and to ensure the smooth development of Socialism with Chinese characteristics,we need to further improve the teaching of ideological and political theories.Besides,it plays an important role to improve their ideological and political quality,and to promote them to be wholesome in growth and progress.However,under the new situation,the ideological and political course can not reach the teaching effect that should have.This requires that we must strengthen the research and exploration of teaching effect of the Ideological and political theory course,and constantly improve the teaching of the Ideological and political theory.We will try our best to build these course to be really liked and life-long benefit,so as to better improve the quality of postgraduate education.This thesis,by citing"Z"University as example,based on its empirical investigation,according to the logic thought which is discovering a question firstly,putting forward a question secondly,and then analyzing it,resolving it at last.From the research background,purpose,significance and research facts,and through the analysis of domestic and foreign literatures,to make sure the research ideas and methods,and provide sufficient theoretical support for writing this thesis.Then it comes up with describing implementation process of the investigation and analysis of questionnaire results,this thesis introduces the survey design and implementation in details,and in accordance with the results of the survey,there is a comprehensive and detailed analysis for the current situation and existing problems of the teaching effect of postgraduates ideological and Political Theory course,and it also focuses on finding the deep seated reasons that result in these problems,which includes:students are insufficiently awareness of the importance of the ideological and political theory course,the teaching level of teachers needs to be further prompted,academic affairs departments on the service of education and teaching need to be further improved,social environment that improves the teaching effect needs to be further optimized.Finally,based on the causes of the problems and targeted to students,teachers,educational departments and society environment.This thesis puts forward reasonable suggestions for improvement of teaching effect of postgraduate ideological and political theory courses.
