It demands to change the traditional teaching model and the single evaluation method in order tomeet the requirements of the coming curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools.Teachers shouldplay the leading role and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students.But there are still a lot of problemsin the actual process due to the traditional teaching concepts and other factors.The construction and research on double main teaching model based on EST(Evaluation Systemof Teaching) comes from the research on the doubel main teaching modle and investigation on the teachersand students who are studying at the number two senior high school.The model draws lessons from thenovel Evaluation System of Teaching.It combines the content and characteristics of InformationTechnology curriculum on senior high school.Though analysis the learning objectives and the learners’characteristics,The teacher can Further analysis content and methods of evaluation system of teaching.Thenhe or she can decide how to begin the teaching and choose the branch of teaching. At present, theinformation technology teacher of senior high school usually combine teacher’teaching method andstudents’practicing method,so in the teaching branch of”sending-receiving”, it judges whether designstudents’activities or not according to the teaching contents and the organization.After that, it design thestrategy on students’self learning and collaborative learning environment or not do that. It reflects theprinciple of the combining of teacher’s leadership and students’subjective.Besides that, It change theassessment of learning effects to comprehensive evaluation. It not only include the assessment of learningeffects but include the assessment of cooperation ability and inquiry ability.A teacher is not only a impacteron knowledge but also a designer and a researcher on teaching strategys when he or she uses the model onteaching activities.Students are not passive recipients of knowledge.They becomes the solver and decisionmaker on problems and users on information technology.They are also the participant on teachingevaluation. The learning style is more various. The learning resources are more extensive.So it can reflectthe students’cooperation and innovation ability easily.At last,we put the model into practice,It is about the information technology teaching at seniorhigh school.It researchs on the model through the specific cases and draw the conclusions.Such as: It demands more for a teache on design capacity and control capacity during the teaching activities.It can notonly enhance the interstate of students but can improve the students’enthusiasm and participation.It canhelp students improve the cooperation ability.Students’ability on finding problems and solving problemscan be improved too.The innovation of the study is the construction of the teaching model based on the EvaluationSystem of Teaching and the characteristics of the senior high Information Technology change the singleevaluation method.
