The rapid development of students’ sense of independence in Junior high school.They consciouslyknow themselves more deeply and produce the desire to self-realization. The junior high students’,whoseAcademic Delay of Gratification and hope with high levels tend to choose long-term interests of their owngoals, and perseverance to adhere to the goal without wavering, individual long-term future is veryfavorable. Students’ academic delay of gratification and hope that the relationship between status and thepurpose of this study and this study will be based on the findings to enhance the junior high schoolacademic delay countermeasures and suggestions to meet and hope for the junior high school studentsprovide guidance on the level of mental health.The researchers, junior high school academic delay of gratification scale and middle school studentswant to scale as a research tool, select the Shangqiu and Kaifeng City,656junior high school students assubjects, to understand the junior high students in academic delay of the status and hope for the statusAcademic Delay of Gratification The results show that: Firstly, academic delay of gratification of the juniorhigh school students difference is extremely significant in grade junior high school students academic delayof the meet score generally showed a downward trend with the growth of the year, the first>the second>third; Secondly, academic delay of gratification of the junior high school students to the development ofgender differences significant performance score were higher than boys in all grades for the girls’ academicdelay of gratification; Thirdly, academic delay of gratification of the junior high school studentsdevelopment was no significant difference in the family living on the ground; Fourth, academic delay ofgratification of the junior high school students development whether it is the only child on the differencewas significant; Fifth, academic delay of gratification of the junior high school students was significantdifference in the type of school, academic delay of key middle school students to meet higher than theordinary secondary school academic delay of gratification. The study of the hope conclusions as follows:Firstly,junior high school grade difference is extremely significant from a development perspective, thehope of junior high school students generally showed a downward trend with the growth of the year, thefirst> the second> third; Secondly,junior high school academic hope performance in terms of gender forgirls’ score higher than boys in all grades; Thirdly, the hope of the junior high school students that the development is significant difference in the family living on the ground; Fourth, the hope of the junior highschool students whether one child on the difference was significant. Fifth, the hope of the junior highschool students was significant difference in the type of school.The researchers also focused on the relationship between academic delay of gratification and hope.The statistical results showed that:there is significant positive correlation between junior high students’academic delay of gratification.
