Through thingking of the problems exposed when the current high school students solve mathematical problems, learning of mathematics problem solving mentality and self monitoring and other related literature, this paper pointed out:The key to improve students’mathematics problem solving ability is to give full play to subjectivity and consciousness in mathematical problem solving, namely, to improve the students’ self-monitoring level of mathematical problem solving.The paper mainly carry out research from the following aspects:(1)1put forward the significance of the research of self monitoring in solving mathematical problems on the basis of related literatures review at home and abroad. According to the characteristic of mathematics problem solving activities, I elaborate the specific meaning of mathematical problem solving self monitoring, give the mathematical problem solving self monitoring structure, sum up the mathematics problem solving self monitoring mode of action, analysis of theoretical basis of self control in mathematical problem solving.(2) I investigate the current high school students’self monitoring in mathematics problems solving from the questionnaire survey and case analysis vs investigate two aspects. First integral it is investigated by questionnaire survey, and then use the case interview, problem-solving activity observation methods etc, in-depth understanding of students’self monitoring status in mathematics problem solving.(3) According to the understanding of the situation about the current high school students’self monitoring in mathematics problems solving, from the dialectical point of view I put forword to some teaching strategies on the promotion of self monitoring, and according to the practical conditions, I carry out case teaching experiments combining the concrete high school mathematics analysis geometry. With active cooperation and efforts of the teachers and students, the experiment obtained good result.(4) At the end of this paper, I points out the deficiency of this research On the research summary, also put forward some prospects, hope a person with breadth of vision can push the research to a deeper level.
