Teachers’ occupation of happiness is education happiness, for it is helpful to improve teachers’ quality of lives, furthermore, it is also available to enhance their work efficiency, and cultivate more educatees full of happiness. However, improving teachers’ occupation of happiness become a kind of crying needs for constructing harmonious campus and socialist spiritual civilization. This article mainly adopts two methods combining questionnaire with interview to investigate and analyze the group of teachers that instruct ideological and political in higher vocational technical colleges. Consequently, this paper discusses performances of lack of happiness, analyzes the major reasons, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to enhance their occupation of happiness.Survey shows:from an overall point of view, it has become the common phenomena that teachers who instruct ideological and political theory in higher vocational technical colleges are always suffering from physical health problems, inharmonious interpersonal relationship, insufficient work power, innovation lacking and the poor state of teaching as a result of happiness missing. Moreover, this article discusses various reasons concerning the influences of teachers’ well-being in higher vocational technical colleges as well. On one hand, there are six external factors containing school leadership’emphasis on specialized courses, while in light of the ideological and political theory course; intensity of work; the lower labor remuneration; imperfect professional development system and defective evaluation mechanism; the short of harmonious interpersonal relationship network.On the other hand, there are also two intrinsic factors including teachers’ lack of occupation identity; to be improved teaching ability. And there are sevent countermeasures to improve the well-being which contain:valuing the subject development of ideological and political theory course; strengthening humanities concern of colleges;forming respect teachers atmosphere in society;ensuring teachers’ basic interests from nation and society; perfecting teachers’ evaluation system; owning correct understanding of themselves; enhancing teachers’ education abilities.
