On The "Post-90S" College Students’Identity Towards China’s Current Political Value And The Educational Strategies

Political values, as the superstructure in the social relationship, are a country’s constant ideal and pursuit of political life for its better construction. Nowadays, the construction of political values in our country mainly reflect in the following aspects: democracy and the rule of law, freedom and equality, fairness and justice, the social harmony, etc. College students are the main force of the future development of our country, and their identity status of the current political values are directly related to the construction and development of the nation’s future. What’s more, the "post-90s" college students have become the main body of the university campus since the fall of2008. In view of this situation, this thesis takes the "post-90s" college students as the research object, adopting literature review, questionnaire, interview and other methods to study the "post-90s" college students’identity towards China’s current political values and the educational strategies. This thesis constitutes five parts.Part1:It mainly introduces the research significance, research situation, research ideas and methods. This part also makes a carding and summary about scholars’ definition of political value and its research background or situation.Part2:It tries, through analysis of the national leaders’speeches in recent years, national documents and reports, etc., to give a detailed description of China’s pursuit of political value and its specific connotations following democracy and the rule of law, freedom and equality, fairness and justice, the social harmony, etc.Part3:It is the empirical study part taking the "post-90s" college students as the research object, and comes to the results that the "post-90s" college students have built a general sound identity towards our political value; also there still exists some unavoidable issues like the separation of cognitive identity and behavior identity, and that their cognitive identity and emotional identity towards our political value still need to be improved.Part4:According to the results of the empirical research, it mainly analyzes the factors that influence out college students’identity of political value:the current social environment disadvantage factor, the colleges’poor education of students’identity of political value, the family members’indifferent attitude towards political life, the interaction and influence of the peer student groups, students’ psychological development unbalance, etc.Part5:It, taking the university as the starting point, provides certain countermeasures of strengthening the political value identity of "post-90s" college students in our country. The thesis analyzes mainly from colleges’strengthening theoretical education of political value, shaping the campus atmosphere that reflects the political values, improve education workers to the political value of the identities, taking practice activities and using the psychological guidance to pursuit political value.
