With the national "12th Five-Year Plan" to further promote, the demand for high-level talents in the province with the area gradually increased. As a core city in the central strategy, Hubei Province rises, and needs more and more high-level talents. At the same time, the Ministry of Education is also continuously adjust and optimize the type of mainly to expand the size of the full-time graduate professional degree’s enrollment. Hubei Province, as a large province of the higher education, had to take a great training mission, so, Master of enrollment came after graduation, where to go or how to step with the pace of economic and social development in Hubei Province, deserve our consideration. This thesis as a starting point is aim to explore the employment problem of the Hubei Professional Master.This thesis is divided into five sections.The first part described the topics of the origin, significance, literature review and research ideas and methods.The second part explains the basic concepts, such as professional degree and Master’s Degree Graduates. Then explains the related theories, such as supply and demand theory, the characteristics-factors matching theory of Parsons and its application in the study.The third part first analysis the situation of Hubei Master’s supply, and then describe the economic and social development of Hubei Province, overall analysis the demand of professionals, and the two main body of the job market what is supply and demand, come to affect the Master’s employment. With the economic and social’s development, there is a gap between the supply of the professional master and social demand.The fourth part, had the personal qualities of the Master of Hubei Province survey, the survey results to the use of Pearson simple correlation analysis and how far the regression analysis and obtained internal reasons, the Master personal characteristics (Including sex, height, appearance, political affiliation, school, professional, theoretical knowledge, the overall quality of work experience)affect the access to employment opportunities and job satisfaction evaluation.The fifth section analysis the problems of the Hubei Province, Master of employment, combined with the results of the survey analysis, put corresponding counter measures and suggestions, in order to improve the Professional Master of employment within two influencing factors to promote a better employment.To improve the employment status of the Hubei Professional Masters, we have to strengthened from both inside and outside. External factors are mainly from the government and society, the employing unit, training unit. The internal factors are mainly from the personal qualities of the Master. To solve these problems is a comprehensive, systems project, and have to rely on government and society, employing units, training units and the Master individuals to co-ordinate solve.Only joining the strengths of each role, we can solve the problem of Professional Master’s employment.
