From the year2009to2011, there were three cases of student suicide in S University, the adverse effects can be imagined. Nowadays the research about college unexpectedevents remains mostly in the construction of the emergency response mechanism, there arefewer related to early warning which mainly related to theoretical lever. Practice hasproved that piror warning has more economic and social benefits than subsequent disposal.Be based on previous research, we build the college student unexpected events indexsystem. Combined with the survey data of S university, the index system will be tested andgot empirical analysis. The index system built on the basis of extensive literature survey and the expert survey.Combined with relevant indicators, we prepare questionnaires of <The college studentevents early warning index system> and <The college events early warning andcomprehensive evaluation>, the former is for experts and we use the latter conducted asurvey of550sutdents in S University. Combined with related indicators, we build theincident early-warning model for college student through the methods of FAHP and FCE.Be based on survey data, we conduct variance analysis for each indicator on Demographicvariables. The results are as follows:1. In the different demographic variables, indicators exists significant differences.Compared with graduate students, undergraduate students should be concerned onStudents’ promlbems; the old campus students got lower scores in indicators related toschool resources and the environment; the socre of junior grade student is not ideal inmany aspects, and this group is “vulnerable populations”.2. The ecaluation results is that unexpected events early warning values of SUniversity ranges between “general and not serious”, the possibility of unexpected isrelatively small, but we still need to guard against them.
