Management Research Modes Of The College National Engineering Resrarch Center

In recent years, the National Institute of Engineering Technologies has been established, with the support and help of universities. With its progressing level of management and operations, it provides valuable experience and support for the management and development of universities and industries. The research centers of engineering technologies in individual universities are becoming more standardized, institutionalized, and systemized. However, with the changing environment and trends, it is still difficult to reach the uniformed theory and implementation plan to manage those research centers of engineering technologies, in spite of recent developments in theoretical fronts. Therefore, it has become an important topic to explore the management model for managing the national institutes of engineering technologies in universities, in order to accelerate innovation, application of researches and technologies.This paper explores the current management models for national institutes of engineering technologies in recent years, and presents the current situation and deficiencies that lie in these models. It also aims at resolving this problem by studying the case of Southwest University of Science and Technology, using WSR methods, and analysis in human resources, operations, as well as management theories in order to show its impact on the development of institutes and the nation. It also offers practical and innovative suggestions to enrich the management models for these institutes and improve the efficiency and predictability of these theories.
