Objective:This study is to establish a model of endurance exercise, a long time after exercise MAPK signaling protein changes in the law, and in the skeletal muscle protein synthesis in rats.Methods:9week old male SD rats for42, using free diet. Adaptive training, divided into7groups: control group,6rats in each group (S),90minutes after exercise based group (G0),90minutes after exercise1Material Group (GJ),90minutes after exerc i se6material group (G2),120mi nutes after exercise group (L0based)120minutes after exercise1Material Group (L1),120minutes after exercise6material group (L2). Experiment for a long time training:in addition to quier group all rats were required at the level of running a long time training, the slope of5degrees., the running speed of20m/min,90min and120min movement, total exercise time. A long time after exercise, all set in immediately after exercise,1H,6h time sampling. Using Western blotting method for the determination of skeletal muscle in MEK1/2, ERK1/2, p90rsk phosphorylation expression, the expression of MHC proteinResults:(1) and the control group compared with the MEK1/2, G0, G1, L0increased, L1on G1, and L2G1,(P <0.05), group G after exercise to increase1H,6H decreased. Group L immediately after exercise increased,1H and6H decreased after exercise. A long time exercise skeletal muscle ERK1/2phosphorylation levels change, make G group and I. group phosphorylation levels increased first and then decreased, and phosphorylation levels lower than the control group.(2) and the quiet compared to control group, ERK1/2G2group (P <0.05),90minutes exercise group and120minutes of exercise group phosphorylation levels were slightly lower than the control group, G group and L group trend, are1H after exercise than immediately after exercise phosphorylation levels increased, after exercise6H reduce. (3) and the quiet compared to control groups, P90rsk L(L0. L1. L2) group (P <0.05),90minutes exercise group and120minutes of exercise group phosphorylation lower than the control group.(4) and the quiet compared to control group, MHC G2group (P <0.05),90minutes of exercise group showed a tendency for Ⅲ after exercise than immediately after exercise increased,6H decreased significantly after exercise.120minutes of exercise group immediately after exercise and sports after1than the control group decreased, but6H was significantly elevated.Conclusion: Disposable medium time movement and disposable long time movement is MAPK signal activity is reduced, so that decreased expression of skeletal muscle MHC protein.
